Dropping In

CrossFit is a global phenomenon and Key West is a global travel destination. We love having guest Athletes join us for workouts. If you are an experienced (three months or more) CrossFit or Functional Fitness Athlete you are welcome to join any of our regularly scheduled classes. Knowing that you are likely down here on vacation, we keep the Drop-In process simple:

1) Check the Schedule for the Class you want to attend.
2) Show up to that Class about five minutes early.
3) Check in with one of our Coaches and complete a waiver and pay the Drop-In fee.
4) Enjoy the Class!

It’s that simple. No prepaid requirements or class time commitment. We know you are here to have fun. We are just proud of you for taking some time out to train!
