Kat has been coaching CrossFit for the past 7 years and working as a Certified Nutrition Consultant (CNC) for the last 4. What drives her every day is helping people feel strong, confident, and capable—both in and out of the gym.
Kat loves meeting people where they are and working alongside them to create sustainable habits, whether that’s through movement or nutrition. There’s nothing more fulfilling than watching someone take control of their health and discover what their body is truly capable of.
Coaching, for her, is about building trust, offering encouragement, and creating an environment where people feel supported and empowered. Kat is excited to continue helping others grow into the best version of themselves—one day, one rep, and one meal at a time.
