Coach Violeta has been a staple of the CFMZ family for the last 10 years.
Her fitness beliefs are that if you constantly work on your craft, you will make consistent improvements in both health and fitness. No matter your level of experience, if you keep moving the needle a little further each time, you will become better.
Coach Violeta is Cuban American and was born and raised in Key West. She has 3 beautiful children with her husband, who is a local fireman. They both own their own plumbing company in town, Clines Plumbing. During her free time, you can catch her on her boat spending time with friends and family or prepping for another CrossFit competition!
